One way rentals can be arranged and will be charged a drop fee based on mileage.

Motorhome rentals include the following:
The unit of your choice with a minimum of the following equipment. Generator, dash and roof air conditioning, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, am/fm radio, cd, TV, furnace, waterheater, fresh water holding tank, waste water holding tanks, complete kitchen with sink, stove, microwave oven and 2 door refrigerator/freezer, complete bathroom facilities including shower, sink and toilet, clothes closets and beds according to floor plans.
Unit comes full of gas and propane, waste water tanks are empty. 4 roll pack of RV toilet tissue, 2 bottles of toilet chemical, fresh water drinking hose, water pressure regulator, 10' sewer hose and a 30 amp/15amp adapter.
We provide the vehicle insurance. We also have available a special protection for the glass which will reduce your responsibility in case of damage to $39.00 per glass. The cost is $6.00 per day.
You will receive 2 hours per day free generator use. Additional time will be at $3.00 per hour.
Pickup time is between 1 PM and 4 PM. Must be returned, vacated and in our possession before 11 AM. This policy is strictly enforced. Any deviation must be approved by Pierce RV. Remember, someone may be waiting for your unit. PENALTIES apply. We will provide transfers to and from the airport.
There is a refundable damage deposit of $500. This can be in the form of check, Visa, Mastercard of Discover. The damage deposit is refunded within 10 days providing the unit is returned undamaged, clean inside and out and holding tanks are empty. Gas tank must be returned full. We will flat rate the propane so you will not need to fill.
Rates are based on daily and weekly rates. There is a 3/7 day minimum to rent a unit.
A generic rental handbook that tells you how to operate the various systems will be provided.
A Pierce representative with give the renter a complete walk thru of the unit. Functions will be demonstrated and a close inspection of the vehicle will be done.
Drivers must be at least 25 years of age with a valid drivers license. All drivers must be listed on the contract and be present at departure
Cancellation policy: There is a $100 cancellation fee outside of two weeks. Within two weeks of departure there is no refund. No refund for early returns.
Smoking is not allowed. You will forfeit your entire deposit if the unit has been smoked in. We prefer you leave your pets at home. Future renters may have allergies to your animals. If there is evidence of pets we will charge for special cleaning and sanitizing the unit.
All information, including pricing, is subject to change without notice. There will be no changes once you have made your reservation deposit.
